• Develop Training Material based on Needs Assessment
• Training delivery at clients site
• Versioning of existing courseware and evolving course material for new programs
• Counseling and guiding trainees during the course of training

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduation/Post graduation in subjects of training domain with at least 2 years of relevant training experience in Institutions or Corporate.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in English Grammar
• Adopting creative methodology in training
• Highly energetic with passion for training
